Do's for IBPS / Bank Exams
- • Use a black or dark blue pen on plain white paper.
- • Ensure the lighting is bright and even.
- • Maintain dimensions of exactly 140 x 60 px.
Don'ts
- • Avoid shadows covering the signature area.
- • Do not write in capital letters. Use normal handwriting.

IBPS Bank Exam Signature Specifications
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has some of the strictest upload guidelines.
Your signature must be 140 x 60 pixels and the file size must be between 10 KB and 20 KB.
Warning for Bank Aspirants:
- Black Ink ONLY: IBPS specifically mentions in their notification that the signature must be done with a black ink pen. Blue ink may lead to rejection.
- No Capital Letters: Just like SSC, block letters are strictly rejected.
